DETROIT -- In the final home game for 4 Lady Lions in their DC3 career, the Community Christian College Women's Basketball team was defeated by the Hocking Hawks, 74-49. The Hawks took control with a 25-13 1st Quarter lead.
Dasia Croft tied the game-lead with 16 points off the bench, while Aqierra Hinton led the game with 19 rebounds in addition to 15 points, her seventh double-double of the season. The 19 boards is a career-high for the DC3 Sophomore.
The Lady Lions shot 19-66 from the floor, including 0-11 from beyond the arc.
The teams combined for 25 turnovers, and DC3 led the rebound advantage, 47-41.
Community Christian travels to Madonna (JV) on Monday. The game is slated for a 5 p.m. start in Livonia.
