IRONWOOD – The Community Christian College Women's Basketball team dropped a game against Gogebic, 96-56. With the loss, DC3 fell to 2-17.
Dasia Croft led Community Christian with 21 points and 13 rebounds, clocking her fith double-double of the season. Karisma Matthews added 12 points and led the team in steals with four. The Lady Lions shot 11-26 from the charity stripe.
The Lady Lions were outrebounded 50-44, and they only had Shunyah Howard to come off the bench for them.
Community Christian returns to action on Tuesday, February 5th away against Terra State. The game is slated for a 5 p.m. tip-off.
