SPRINGFIELD, OH – The Community Christian College Women's Basketball team dropped a game against Clark State, 73-44. With the loss, DC3 fell to 2-16.
Aqierra Hinton led Community Christian with 10 points and 10 rebounds, clocking her sixth double-double of the season. Karisma Matthews added 9 points and tied the team-lead in steals with two. The Lady Lions shot a combined 9-14 from the charity stripe.
DC3 was outrebounded 55-38, and only scored 8 points off the bench.
Community Christian returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 1, away against Gogebic Community College. The game is slated for a 1 p.m. tip-off.
