Community Christian College in Detroit, MI has announced the hiring of Jeff Reardon as Director of Athletics.
Reardon came to the Lions after coaching at Wayne State University for the past fourteen seasons. In 2021 and 2022, Reardon served as the Offensive Coordinator for the Warriors, after holding the position of quarterback coach and pass game coordinator from 2017-2020. In Reardon's first year leading the offense in 2021, WSU ranked in the top of the GLIAC in several categories, including total offense per game (3rd), rushing yards per game (3rd), scoring (4th), passing yards per completion (2nd) and touchdown passes (4th). Reardon has coached college football for 16 years, with experience as a position coach on both sides of the ball, in addition to his coordinator duties.
Reardon earned his B.A. at Hope College where he played quarterback for the Flying Dutchmen from 2003-2006. He completed his M.A. in Athletic Administration at Wayne State University in 2021.
“I am profoundly grateful and excited for the opportunity to build an elite junior college athletics program in the heart of Detroit. I am looking forward to coaching and developing the young men of this city. This is home for my family, and we are excited to get to work.”
